Stari Grad on Hvar, one of the most beautiful European islands, will host a spectacular four-day festival dedicated to lovers of the sea and ships. Its rich programme will delight you and the Stari Grad Bay will turn into a picturesque stage.

This year, this traditional festival of ships, the sea and sailors will be hosted from 19 to 22 September by the Town of Stari Grad, the Association for the Promotion of Croatian Maritime Heritage “Cronaves” and the Stari Grad Tourist Board.

During the festival, you will be able to enjoy daily presentations and boat exhibitions, as well as workshops related to the sea and ships. Experience the magic of the boat night parade, enjoy the musical performances of renowned artists who will enrich your evening with their concerts, and taste the best delicacies and top wines of this wonderful island at the numerous gastronomic events during the festival.

Of the several concerts that will be held in the legendary Tvrdalj square as part of this year’s edition of DAYS IN THE BAY, the central one, performed by the one and only musical diva Doris Dragović, is planned for Saturday evening. The educational content will be focused on children, and special emphasis will be on fishing and other marine skills and sports.
